7 days when wrapped in suran wrap and stored in the refrigerator.
How should I serve the cake?
Let the cake come to room temperature (3-4 hours) before slicing and serving
How should I travel with the cake?
Travel with your cake in the car on a flat service, I suggest the floor of the front seat if you can. but anywhere where the cake can stay flat, cool and not shift around while driving
